I highly recommend having Terry Declare of TravelOnly as a travel advisor. Terry is dedicated to his clients. I just returned from a month long planned vacation in South America that was cut short due to the Coronavirus. During this vacation Terry kept us up to date on details of virus and how it affected our trip. When we weren't picked up for a tour on March 11th 2020, I emailed Terry and he dealt personally with tour company to find out there was a one day strike due to protesters in Santiago Chile. He worked with the agency to reschedule our tour but we choose to go on the tour scheduled for March 12th 2020. While we were on a day tour March 13th 2020, Terry was informed our NCL cruise departing March 14th 2020 was cancelled. Terry was proactive and reserved flights home for us the evening of March 14th. All we had to do was email our approval to him once we returned to our hotel in the evening. Terry also had a service pick us up to take us to the airport and when the driver was late he dealt with the company keeping us informed by email. Terry will also assist us with the refund for the cruise and excursions if we have issues with the refund. On a personal note Terry checked in with us about our safety while in Santiago Chile and asked us to check in upon returning home. Terry is the best travel agent I have dealt with and I know I can rely on him no matter what the situation is. Thanks for taking care of me and my travel companions Terry!
