I highly recommend having Terry Declare of TravelOnly as a travel advisor. Terry is dedicated to his clients. I just returned from a month long planned vacation in South America that was cut short due to the Coronavirus. During this vacation Terry kept us up to date on details of virus and how it affected our trip. When we weren't picked up for a tour on March 11th 2020, I emailed Terry and he dealt personally with tour company to find out there was a one day strike due to protesters in Santiago Chile. He worked with the agency to reschedule our tour but we choose to go on the tour scheduled for March 12th 2020. While we were on a day tour March 13th 2020, Terry was informed our NCL cruise departing March 14th 2020 was cancelled. Terry was proactive and reserved flights home for us the evening of March 14th. All we had to do was email our approval to him once we returned to our hotel in the evening. Terry also had a service pick us up to take us to the airport and when the driver was late he dealt with the company keeping us informed by email. Terry will also assist us with the refund for the cruise and excursions if we have issues with the refund. On a personal note Terry checked in with us about our safety while in Santiago Chile and asked us to check in upon returning home. Terry is the best travel agent I have dealt with and I know I can rely on him no matter what the situation is. Thanks for taking care of me and my travel companions Terry!

Going into our first cruise we had pretty high expectations and were blown away by not only the quality of the Celebrity Edge cruise but by the quality of service we experienced. Thank you for suggesting the aqua class, the access to the spa was definitely worth it! Everything from the food to the shows at night were better than we have experienced in 5 star resort on land. We like it so much that we have decided to book our next cruise with the kids in 2022!

Our vacation was wonderful as the weather was great all week and the resort, Wyndham Viva Azteca, was beautiful and there was no issue with the travel.
The one issue we had was that they would not seat a group of more the 10 people for dinner which was very inconvenient as we were a group of 14 but thanks to you Terry you were able to pull some strings and speak to some people on the issue and got that all sorted out for us in a very quick manner which we all much appreciated!
After that all was good. The beach was the best most beautiful beach we have been on so far!
We had an extremely great time food was good, drinks were good, shopping was good, location was fantastic and all in all it was a great vacation!

Just returned from a Rhine River cruise aboard the Avalon Felicity which sailed from Amsterdam to Frankfurt. I once heard that a good trip can be defined as one in which you see more things than you can remember and remember more things than you have seen. Well this trip was not only good, it was fantastic exceeding all expectations . With 8 ports of call and included optional excursions there was so much to see and do, not to mention the majesty of the many castles along the Rhine River gorge. Beyond that, it was the staff and crew of the Felicity and the people we met that made this trip so remarkable and memorable. With only 132 passengers, service is indeed attentive and personal. I have been on 6 large cruise ships and none compared to the service and food received on this small ship . Our trip was certainly enhanced by the service we received from Terry . From start to finish Terry gave us his undivided attention ensuring every aspect of our trip was covered, and nothing was overlooked. He took a genuine interest in our travels and did everything possible to ensure we had a positive experience.
In summary, I highly recommend River Cruises and I highly recommend Terry Declare as a travel agent.

When our cruise ship lost power and we were told we were going to miss out on all of New Zealand, who did we call .. Terry! And once again he came through for us and worked around the clock (as there was an 18 hour time difference) to put together an amazing travel plan that helped make our dreams come true! Got back from an amazing week at the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar in Riviera Maya thanks to Terry. We provided him our requirements and he put it all together, we just showed up!
