I have a passion for travel, specifically cruising, that started in 1991! My first cruise was aboard the MTS Pegasus. This ship held 865 people, including staff. We thought it was HUGE! There were 9 of us and we had a great time!! I have cruised 60 plus times since and hope to enjoy many more!I have and continue to enjoy the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Hawaii and Alaska.

Although 2012 started off as a very rough year for me and my family, losing many loved ones in a very short period of time to joining TravelOnly in October. I quickly learned that LIFE IS TOO SHORT, not to take anything for granted and not to miss out on the joys of travel and life experiences. It was my Uncle Marvin who really encouraged me into following my passion in becoming a Travel Advisor and will always be grateful to him.

TravelOnly is the host agency for over 700 travel advisors, for which I have been in the top 100 for the past 3 years! I have my Elite Cruise Counselor status which is the highest designation that can be achieved. I consider myself to be a cruise expert but that is not all that I do! I have sent many clients all over the world including, but not limited to, Asia, Australia, Caribbean, New Zealand, Europe, Galapagos and both North and South America. Great service! We have used Terry ( whom we’ve known for years) to book our four flights to and from Florida for the first time this September (2019) and were very pleased with his service. Then came Corvid-19 and we wanted to get home earlier than planned. Contacted Terry and he worked for 40 hours to get our flight changed. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!! I highly recommend having Terry Declare of TravelOnly as a travel advisor. Terry is dedicated to his clients. I just returned from a month long planned vacation in South America that was cut short due to the Coronavirus. During this vacation Terry kept us up to date on details of virus and how it affected our trip. When we weren't picked up for a tour on March 11th 2020, I emailed Terry and he dealt personally with tour company to find out there was a one day strike due to protesters in Santiago Chile. He worked with the agency to reschedule our tour but we choose to go on the tour scheduled for March 12th 2020. While we were on a day tour March 13th 2020, Terry was informed our NCL cruise departing March 14th 2020 was cancelled. Terry was proactive and reserved flights home for us the evening of March 14th. All we had to do was email our approval to him once we returned to our hotel in the evening. Terry also had a service pick us up to take us to the airport and when the driver was late he dealt with the company keeping us informed by email. Terry will also assist us with the refund for the cruise and excursions if we have issues with the refund. On a personal note Terry checked in with us about our safety while in Santiago Chile and asked us to check in upon returning home. Terry is the best travel agent I have dealt with and I know I can rely on him no matter what the situation is. Thanks for taking care of me and my travel companions Terry!

Going into our first cruise we had pretty high expectations and were blown away by not only the quality of the Celebrity Edge cruise but by the quality of service we experienced. Thank you for suggesting the aqua class, the access to the spa was definitely worth it! Everything from the food to the shows at night were better than we have experienced in 5 star resort on land. We like it so much that we have decided to book our next cruise with the kids in 2022!
